It has been more than three years from the time we made the purchase to when we moved in. If this is how they treat potential customers, thank GOODNESS I didn't give them any money. Up until yesterday, I was very interested in purchasing a new home as soon as the lot opened up.

The Honeywell alarm system is confusing and complicated. There was no information given on the system, and neither the management or concierge know how to operate it! Just stopping the alarm from beeping every time the front door is open is an hour long chore. The Unilux thermostat is centrally programmed to have heat or cooling as the management sees fit. You cannot choose to heat or cool your unit on your own. We didn't know that and played with the settings trying to cool off our 30 degree celsius unit the thermostat LOCKED us out.

If you drive around their homes by the 400hwy you will note all the homes that are for re-sale because everyone else is having issues with their poor quality built homes. The communication with this company was excellent. I think you need to have some builder's experience. But it was installed quickly by our builder's and without much mess and all components are labelled.

The after sales team has been quick to respond to my enquiry. We are delighted that you found your installer Scott very friendly and professional and all work was completed to the timescale promised. You'll have to upgrade everything at your own expense. The cheapest light fixtures or dated from the eighties is what you get for your new home, etc , etc and nothing positive. They also post an advertisement on the road saying they were selling semi and detached houses from 300's. But when I went there, I found that they were cheating people because they had no plan for such kind of houses at all!
It's a lovely conservatory and we are really pleased with it. From start to finish our experience with Conservatoryland was excellent. Rhys in sales/design was excellent, the communication once ordered was easy and regular, and the speed of manufacturing was just as communicated too. The nominated local installer and team were great at communicating, and a joy to have on site- clearly very knowledgeable and skilled. From start to finish conservatory land did an excellent job, cannot fault anything they or their building team did. I am 3 times new homes buyer; the first 2 homes were from different builders with very minor problems which were corrected by their customer service in a very timely manner.
