I bought a condo from Conservatory Group in January 2003, scheduled for completion in December 2004. I didn't move in until the end of July 2006 and the building was just registered last month so my first mortgage payment isn't until this month. The whole time I've been paying occupancy fees. Please stay away because their work quality is very cheap and lazy. Our walls are not straight, there was paint all over the floor. It goes against our guidelines to offer incentives for reviews.

I have the impression that they are a corrupt company and use customers to further advance their illegal activities. Based on a visit to their West End Toronto sales office this past spring, not a very good opinion. The arrogance of the sales staff was unreal. The way they spoke to the Indian and Oriental couples who came in after me was extremely condescending. Also, take a look at all their buildings...Pearl, Platinum, Infinity, they all have the same kind of distinctive boring look.
